How to Track Your TeePublic Order (Order Status Guide)
Every OkaneBee design is printed and shipped through TeePublic, not by OkaneBee directly — so tracking an order means going through TeePublic’s own tools rather than emailing the artist. Here’s the short version of how that works.
Finding your tracking link
If your shipping method includes tracking, TeePublic sends a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email once the order ships. That’s the fastest way to see where a package actually is. Not every shipping method includes tracking, though — the checkout page notes at the time of purchase whether the method you picked comes with one, so it’s worth checking there if you don’t remember choosing.
One thing that trips people up: delivery estimates are given in business days, so weekends and holidays don’t count toward the countdown. An order that looks “late” by calendar days is often still on schedule.
Checking order status without a tracking number
If you didn’t get a tracking email, or you’re just not sure what stage an order is at, TeePublic has a dedicated order status lookup where you can pull up an order using the order number, the email address used to place it, and the zip code on the shipping address. Double-check for stray spaces in any of those fields before submitting — it’s a common reason a correct order doesn’t show up.
